First National Bank's SBA lending program offers a valuable resource for long-term business financing. Our knowledgeable lending staff has years of experience in all aspects of SBA lending and is committed to simplifying the loan process for the borrower. In addition, First National Bank is an SBA "Preferred Lender", which provides priority service for our applicants throughout the State of California.

General Guidelines:
  • Business expansion, equipment purchasing, tenant improvement and general uses. In some cases, able to finance up to 100% of the project cost.
  • Owner-occupied commercial real estate purchase and/or construction. Able to finance up to 90% of the total project cost or the appraised value, whichever is less.
  • Business Acquisitions. Able to finance up to 100% of the total cost.
  • Business Franchise Start-ups. Able to finance up to 90% of the total costs.
